Lendal Bridge was opened in 1863 and the second of the three modern road bridges built over the River Ouse at York, it now forms the major route into the city over the Ouse.
My illustration shows a team of female rowers about to go under the bridge. Rowing races are held regularly along this stretch of water.
All prints are produced by Giclee printing using 230 gsm archival paper, and archival inks to give a vibrant and lasting image.
