All three buildings - the registry office [known locally as "The Wedding Cake"], the old Town Hall extension ["the eggbox"], and The Grosvenor Hotel were all designed and built in the 70's using the same precast concrete panel construction technique which was popular during that period. Two of which have now been demolished with the third awaiting the same fate.
The "wedding cake" holds a particular place for me as this is where I got married to Julie.
All prints are produced by Giclee printing using 230 gsm archival paper, and archival inks to give a vibrant and lasting image.
